How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Ascnd → Cancel Subscription. The app cannot cancel for you — Apple owns subscription management.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
On the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Is my photo stored?
No. Your photo is sent to our AI provider for analysis and is not retained on our servers after the analysis completes.
Why is my analysis different each time I scan the same photo?
AI models are non-deterministic — small variations in output are expected. The overall pattern (your strong and weak categories) is stable across runs.
I want to delete my data
Email support@ascndaiapp.com from the device-linked email address (if any). We will delete any data tied to your anonymous identifier within 30 days.
